Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Service
Ziningi is an early-stage, offline-capable counter system for sneaker-cleaning businesses. It records customers, drop-offs, services, progress, payments, collection and limited public tracking. It does not clean shoes, process funds, provide accounting advice or guarantee customer communications.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
Each person must use their own account, provide accurate information, protect passwords and approved devices, and report suspected misuse. Owners control Staff access, devices, services, financial corrections and business settings. Staff must act only within granted permissions. The business is responsible for its staff, devices and use of Ziningi.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Ziningi unlawfully; access another business's information; bypass security; upload malicious content; send spam; impersonate others; or harm customers, Ziningi or third parties.
4. Availability and offline use
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, internet, hosting, email or other failures. Approved devices can perform specified work offline, but server-backed functions may be unavailable. Offline operations may remain pending, conflict, be rejected or require Owner review. Do not clear app/browser data while work is unresolved.
5. Payment records
Ziningi records what the business says it received. It does not collect, hold, settle, refund or transfer customer money and is not a payment processor. The business remains responsible for money handling, receipts, refunds, tax and accounting.
6. Customer data
The business decides what customer information to enter and is responsible for required lawful basis, notices, accuracy, access control and customer requests. Do not enter unnecessary or prohibited information. Ziningi processes submitted information to provide, secure, support and back up the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Ziningi, its software, designs, documentation and branding belong to Silabela Technologies or its licensors. The business retains rights in submitted information and permits its processing only as needed to provide and support the service.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended for security risk, material breach, unlawful use, applicable non-payment, or to protect users and the service. Pilot exit, export, retention and deletion are handled under the pilot agreement and Privacy Policy.
9. Responsibility and service limits
Ziningi is an early-stage service. Businesses remain responsible for operational decisions, customer commitments, money handling and the accuracy of records they enter. Service availability and offline limitations are described above.
10. Support and changes
Contact support@ziningiapp.co.za. Never send passwords, PINs, security codes, private keys or complete secure links. Material changes to these Terms should be communicated before they apply.
